What Q1 2026 Revealed About Today’s Commercial Real Estate Market

Closing out Quarter 1 has been a reminder that even with the best planning, real estate has a way of rewriting the script. Deals shift. Timelines move. The unexpected shows up. 

What matters most is how you move through it - and this quarter, we moved through it well.

By every measure that matters, it was a strong Q1: steady progress, meaningful momentum, and - most importantly - the right people at the table. 

One exciting milestone this quarter was the launch of my website, www.rwithrowccim.com. It is still a work in progress, but it is already helping to bring more clarity and structure to the work ahead. I'm looking forward to refining it even further as it becomes a hub for sharing insights, resources and updates.

None of this happens in isolation. The consistency and caliber of the professionals around me - Best Corporate Real Estate, CCIM, OCREE - continue to shape how I think, lead and navigate the inevitable shifts of the industry.
