About Rebecca

Rebecca is a commercial real estate professional who thrives on helping clients move confidently into the next stage of their business journey. Serving Central Ohio, she works closely with entrepreneurs, business owners, and organizational leaders representing a wide range of industries and ambitions. Rebecca values the trust her clients place in her when identifying the right space to grow—whether launching a new venture, expanding operations, or beginning a new chapter.

Before entering commercial real estate, Rebecca spent more than half of her career with the State of Ohio at the Marion Correctional Institution. That experience shaped her strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and commitment to helping people move forward with purpose. Her background includes property management, contract administration, human resources, and financial management—skills that translate seamlessly into guiding clients through complex commercial transactions.

A lifelong learner, Rebecca earned her real estate license in 2016 and relocated to Upper Arlington the following year.  She continued building her foundation through advanced coursework, professional training, and hands-on experience. During the COVID era, she joined Best Corporate Real Estate, marking the beginning of her focused career in commercial real estate.

In May 2025, Rebecca earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in Miami, Florida — one of the industry’s most respected credentials, grounded in advanced financial analysis, market expertise, and ethical decision-making. She remains actively involved in the profession and currently serves on the Ohio CCIM Board’s Membership Committee in a Director at Large position.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Franklin University. Her education and professional experience have shaped a foundation that allows her to serve clients at every stage of their business lifecycle. She views her role as a strategic partner—walking alongside clients to provide clarity, insight, and support as they move toward what’s next.
