Built in Ohio: An Ohio CCIM Chapter Symposium
What a great morning to be a CCIM in Ohio last Thursday, August 13, in New Albany!
Any endeavor that is important to you is, requires you to show up. And I am so glad I showed up to the Built in Ohio: An Ohio CCIM Chapter Symposium.
Ryan Miller’s inspiration speech about his non-profit “2nd & 7 Foundation” and the Jake Porter story, there were more than a few of us wiping tears away.
Two panel discussions showcasing trailblazers who have made significant impacts on their communities (and still do!). It’s great to hear what inspires these visionaries.
Communication and relationships were the consistent themes running through yesterdays’ speakers and discussions. Simply put - these 2 basic items help foster the trust that makes deals possible.
Data and reports can tell you about markets and trends. They don't, however, tell you what a landlord is actually willing to negotiate on, or what's really holding a buyer back from signing.
You get that from showing up and having a conversation.
